How long is the free trial?

Both subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. You can explore all features during this period. No charges are applied until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime with no questions asked.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your dashboard or the Polar.sh customer portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How many client apps can I have?

Unlimited! You can create as many client applications as you need. Each client gets its own feedback page, Client ID, and analytics.

What happens to my data?

Your data is yours. We store feedback securely and you can export it at any time. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Do you offer an API?

Yes! We provide a REST API and SDKs for TypeScript, Flutter, Python, C#, Kotlin, Swift, and Laravel. You can integrate feedback submission, voting, and commenting directly into your application.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We never sell your data and only use it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
